My writing

In the summer of 2021, I started my journey as a writer and it all started through an app called Wattpad. It's a platform where individuals can write and publish their own books online, and I decided to give it a try.

I spent my entire vacation writing my first book-
Yours from the beggining. On the app, I was anonymous. Not because I lacked confidence, but because I honestly found it a bit embarrassing.
I wrote passionate books and was worried about what people would think of it.

But as I gained more followers who liked my stories and kept wanting more chapters, I became more confident and started telling my friends and colleagues what I was writing about.
They didn't find it embarrassing at all, rather cool.
However, it still took a while before I dared to reveal my true identity to the world.

The second book I wrote, Unexpected love, was a huge success!
It was at the top of the romance list for over a year and a half, with over 133,000 reads. It made me grow tremendously and when so many of my followers liked and commented on my chapters every day, it really gave me the boost I needed to keep going.

2024, three years later, my book Eternal Desire was published by Ravenheart Publishing. It's incredibly fun and so amazingly cool!
A dream come true that I can hardly believe.

After this I stopped writing on Wattpad.
The profile is still there, as well as some shared books.
However, I have learned a lot since I wrote them, and the ones that are there today are not edited at all. But the stories are good and a lot of people still want to read them, so they'll stay there for now.

What's the plan for my writing going forward?
The idea is that I will edit many of my books, and that will start this fall.
Now in the summer it's a lot of gardening, plants and cultivation that applies,
and then the editing will be on ice.
In the fall, I will sit down and cozy up with my manuscripts again, and then the translation of Eternal Desire into English will be done.
Then the plan is that I will focus on Eternal Longing,

part 2 in the Night Walkers series.

🌸 When did you start writing?
After many years of reading, I wanted to write my book. In 2021, my little sister gave me a tip, to write on an app, Wattpad. It was like a door opened for me, an opportunity to not only get closer to my passion, but also to reach other readers and even build a following. Without hesitation, I began my journey with Wattpad and started writing my stories there.

🌸 What inspires you to write?
My own imagination and my readers! When I sit down to write a story, I don't chase details or plan too much. Instead, I let the words flow freely from my mind. My imagination is my best friend, my readers are my faithful companions.

🌸 Who is your literary role model?
Margit Sandemo, her book series Sagan om isfolket was the one that got me interested in reading. There was something special about her ability to weave together history, romance and supernatural elements in a way that made it impossible for me to put her books down.

🌸 How do you find your characters?
The main characters are often the only thing I have with me when I start writing a book. They are like a spark of inspiration that grows and develops over time. And the more I write, the more characters appear and form in my mind. It's when I start writing and exploring their lives and worlds that they really take shape and come alive for me.

🌸 Who helps you with your writing?
When I started my journey as a writer, I was hesitant and unsure of my ability to create something meaningful and interesting. But I had two invaluable supporters in my family, my little sister and my niece. Now I look with pride and gratitude at all that I have accomplished. I will always carry their support in my heart and remember that they were the first to believe in me when I started this amazing journey of writing. Today it is my closest friend who helps and supports me. She has been my sounding board, encourager and support throughout the process. Her help has been invaluable. I have also received great support from my publisher.
